Your subscription, simplified.

Each subscription plan includes a 14-day free trial. Get to know how Dermasync works, see how you like your customized insights and cycle-aware routine suggestions, and learn the value of our platform. Logging in daily unlocks greater personalization. You won’t be charged a thing during those 14 days.

If you love it (we think you will), your subscription automatically begins on day 15 at the plan you chose — Monthly, Six Months, or Annual — and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions are available through the Apple App Store, and all billing and payments are handled by Apple. We don’t collect or store your card number or payment details — Apple handles all of that.

Because your subscription runs through the Apple App Store, that’s also where you manage it:

To view, change, upgrade, or cancel your plan: Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → tap Subscriptions → select Dermasync → follow the on-screen steps.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current billing period ends.

A few things worth knowing:

• Canceling keeps your access active through the end of your current billing period — no early cutoff.
• We don’t offer refunds or prorated partial-month refunds. If you purchased through the App Store and believe a refund is warranted, Apple handles refund requests directly.
• Deleting the Dermasync app, deleting your Dermasync account, or simply not opening the app does not cancel your subscription. You’ll need to cancel through your Apple Subscriptions settings. Otherwise, it will keep renewing.

We may update pricing or plans over time. If a change affects your subscription, Apple will notify you and ask you to confirm before the new price applies — nothing changes on your subscription without your say-so through the App Store.
